Our purpose-built facility provides hurricane-code compliant construction with climate-controlled private vaults that maintain optimal conditions throughout storm season. Located at 12.83 feet elevation with full backup generator systems, our above-ground facility eliminates flood risks while ensuring continuous climate control even during extended power outages. Each collection receives private, non-comingled storage that provides both security and peace of mind.
Our priority response system ensures that when tropical storm warnings are issued, our team can quickly mobilize to pack and secure your collection according to pre-established plans. With priority numbers assigned on a first-come, first-served basis during enrollment, clients receive prioritized response scheduling that eliminates the uncertainty of storm-season logistics. Our comprehensive storm services also include post-storm retrieval and safeguarding of items during extended power outages, home damage, or other recovery situations.
After the season, our comprehensive service extends to professional redelivery and reinstallation, ensuring your collection returns to its original placement with the same care and attention it received during evacuation. Our teams coordinate post-storm logistics, working around potential infrastructure challenges to deliver and reinstall artworks exactly where they were originally displayed.
